This Privacy Policy explains how EduThink & MassHiring OS (SprintHire) collects, processes, protects, and stores personal data of candidates, students, and website visitors under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023 of the Republic of India.

By accessing EduThink & MassHiring OS (SprintHire) and registering for placement courses, syllabus trackers, or PYQ portals, you give your affirmative consent for the specified, lawful purposes set out below.
2. Categories of Personal Data Collected
We collect and process the following categories of digital personal data provided voluntarily by users:
Full Name, Email address, Contact phone number, College/University name.
Graduation Year (e.g. 2026 Batch), Engineering Branch (CSE, IT, ECE), B.Tech CGPA, 10th & 12th percentages, Active backlogs count.
Mock test scores, pseudocode compiler tracing history, time spent per question, and sectional readiness benchmarks.

Your personal data is collected and processed strictly under Section 4 and Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023 for:
- Evaluating candidate eligibility against published TCS, Infosys, Accenture, and Cognizant cutoffs.
- Providing customized test feedback and 18-Phase Placement Roadmap milestones.
- Dispatching critical mass recruitment drive alerts, test commencement dates, and syllabus updates.

We implement TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and strict role-based access controls to safeguard your data against accidental loss or unauthorized access. Candidate test telemetry is retained only for the duration of the active campus hiring season (maximum 24 months) or until an erasure request is received.
